When will my order be ready?
Each candle is made to order with great care and intention. Please allow 5–7 business days for production prior to shipment.
Can my candle be customized
Every piece we create is designed with individuality in mind. We welcome custom requests and would be honored to bring your vision to life—whether for a baptism, wedding, or special occasion.
Returns and Exchanges
As each candle is handcrafted and made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Rush Orders
Should you require your piece sooner, we kindly ask that you reach out prior to placing your order. We will always do our best to accommodate time-sensitive requests.
In the event of damage
We take great care in packaging each order. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we may assist you promptly.
